A big crispy flour tortilla filled w/ a layer of beans, shredded lettuce, salsa, black olives, diced tomatoes, scallions and shredded cheese. Topped you your choice of pulled chicken, ground or shredded beefor or pork. Served with sour cream, and of course don’t forget the guacamole!
